I've been milling some small parts the past two days for a project that I'm currently working on. The teeth on the gears are pretty small and the end mills are tiny. I was surprised how well they mesh. This is just a test, but I like the way it's worked out so far.
Did it work? How small of an endmill was that?

ReplyDeleteFrankie, I dream about this... The iris mechanism has always seemed like magic to me. I had this idea of building a motorcycle headlight that incorporated an iris.
