I bought a special reamer to ream the bushings for the proper fit of the king pin. THe reamer worked like a charm; It's pretty cool too. It has cutters that ride in grooves that are tapered. This allows you to adjust the end nuts so that the cutters cut a range of hole sizes. The follower rides in the other bushing area so the hole is straight inline with the other bushing. Slick....
