After dropping more than 15,000 metric tons of barley for beer making, the Swiss-owned freighter Lugano dropped anchor just off the Milwaukee breakwall and waited for a new work assignment to come before sailing out. I've been riding past the lake each morning on my way to the studio. It's been a unusually cold week, but we've had some beautiful sunrises over the lake as I ride to work each morning at 6am. The ship left port today.
