Matt made a bunch of wing louvers today. He finally got a system down for bending the perf and it worked like a charm. The mdf bending form he used was made on the cnc router and the groove was cut on the table saw so that we could rivet the overlap and slide it off of the form. These perforated sections are the smoothest and most consistent pieces he's completed yet. The louvers are going to come out really nice. I can't wait to see them hanging from the steel frame.
