I was do a chasing tool making demo this past week and decided that I needed a little container to put my chasing tool in. I grabbed some scrap steel pipe and plate and incorporated some of my machining demo from the week before into a simple project. I had just shown an advanced Metals student the process of brazing steel so I put all of these processes together and made this simple container today. It feels good to make something special out of scrap.
