I have attached some pics of an old one that we use it is an antique french one from Paris. you turn the top handle into the cork and then rotate the three legged handle to screw the cork screw back out it is so simple and elegant. I have been thinking of making one based on it as it would fit well with the past shakers and I could make it very industrial.
