buffing and tumbling

I worked on sandblasting the connecting arms late last night. I also starting the polishing of all of the various parts and continued that today. Everything is looking good. I just need to clean everything up and get all of the buffing compound off before I anodize.

I was able to get the old tumbler up and running too, so I could tumble the parts. I had gotten this old rock polisher/tumbler at a lumber yard sale back in Urbana. I had cleaned all of the parts and repainted them long ago, but had never mounting a motor on it. I took 5 minutes today and mounting everything to make it fully functional. Now I just need to get a new liner and seal for one of the canisters (it has two canisters).
