reprap herringbone gear printing

I printed this gear today for a geared extruder that I'm building. It really turned out well. I think I'm going into full production mode on another machine or two. This thing prints FAST!

That is so cool. Amazing what you can do with printer technology.

that thing moves way faster than i thought it would.

yeah, it's fast for sure. Almost too fast when you're printing small things. The layers don't have time to cool before it lays down another sometime. That's why a full bed of parts works out pretty well.

So awesome! So, I guess you don't need that Wade's extruder printed? (by the time my machine warms up, it looks like you've already printed one!)

Yeah, I'm good now; no need to print me any of those parts. Thanks for offering to do it though.

I think I should be good for printed parts for a while. I've already started printing parts for a mendel max and a prusa. I'm hooked now!
