I'm gearing up for Rep Rap production by making molds for some of the various parts. I decided to use the wax injector to make waxes and then I can even test casting parts in aluminum. The original plan was to cast plastic parts, but I thought the metal parts would be appropriate on the mendel max. The initial tests waxes look good and I think I should be able to start making some metal casts soon.

Crazy! You are truly on the cutting edge of RepRap production!
I'm just trying to figure out a way to make a more robust machine without driving myself insane with machining stuff.
