woodcut

Jay printed my woodcut for me. It's cool to watch him in his element. You can see subtle things that demonstrates his experience with printing. Makes me want to start to understand this form of work a bit more. He was kind enough to mix up some red ink and talk me through some of the things he was doing. I was blown away and it took me back to my Intro to printmaking and Denise's class. Might need to build a printing press some day...
