It sounds like the flexible filament is simply Polycaprolactone (PCL), and the dissolvable filament is plain old high impact polystyrene (HIPS). Nothing fancy! I'd be more excited to see the return of the Stratasys E20 polyester based elastomer or the short-lived investment casting wax...
