Today I'm facing a cast iron for one of my former co-workers and sculptor, Chuck Kraus. The sodium silicate sand was a little soft and the iron burned into the mold a bit deeper than it should have. I'm just skimming this so he has a flat surface to work with. Two sides down; two to go.
