Jim was able to het his Fuji frame powder coated as well . We had some problems with the kiln getting too hot in the upper regions of the kiln, but we finally got the powder to flow. Jim and Matt started assembling the bike as soon as it was cool; they busted that thing out fast. Jim had cnc machined a nifty rear cog clamp to eliminate the spacers that most people use. It turned out well. The flat black parts turned out well.Jim still wants to change the stem and do some other things to the bike, but overall it was a fast turnaround.
Man, those two work fast!
