I had both my FJ55 and FJ40 up for sale. The FJ55 sold but the FJ40 didn't fetch the amount that I needed to get out of it, so I decided to hang onto the 40 and get it completed with the money I made off of the FJ55. This is the first time that I've really been able to invest in a project like this. I've made a lot of progress with installing power steering, getting the hardtop restored, installing stainless steel brake lines, new master cylinder and brake booster, new window seals all around, installing new seats and console and working on wiring. I need to complete the wiring, install an air cleaner, and install all of the door seals and I'm good to go. It feels good to have this project almost wrapped up and just be messing with the fussy stuff.

It looks fantastic. Glad to see someone making progress.
Thanks! I'm sure you're making progress on something though...
Well, my beard keeps getting longer!
