We've been playing with the laser cutter and it's raster option for photographs in the software. I took my laser cutter into the main Metals studio and plumbed/ventilated it so we could use it and students could gain access to it for some of our projects. I'm hoping they'll see the benefit in learning how to use it for prototyping.
