I put new seat foam on the back seat sections in my '65 Beetle. The seats still had decent covers (minus a tear or two) so I left those alone, but someone had wrapped the covers over the old covers and the horsehair pads were completely deteriorated. The old covers were shot too and honestly they were pretty gross; the job was long over due. I've had the foam for a long time, but hadn't had the time to install it. I also had a new set of seat belts for the rear that needed to be installed. Maya was excited about that. She likes to hang out and wrench on the Beetle and she's even more excited about using the belts.
