As I mentioned before, I really enjoyed talking with Mike Rossi. He told me a bit about his business Rossi Metal Design and we talked about how he started working with Metal. I really enjoyed hearing about his journey, so I was truly disappointed that I didn't hear his artist talk. He told me about working for Hoss Haley (this someone who I would love to meet someday), and we discussed technology and the future of metalsmithing. It was a super interesting conversation! Again, thanks to Mike for taking the time to talk and to share his demonstration. I walked away feeling like I had a better understanding about forging; good stuff.
